The Exploreum is at 65 Government Street at the corner of Government and Water Streets. Visitors traveling via Interstate 10 should take Exit 26-B (Water Street). Turn left at the first traffic light onto Government Street. The Exploreum is across the street from the Riverview Plaza Hotel and the Mobile Bay Convention and Visitor's Center.

Parking
There are several convenient parking options for visitors in the Downtown area:
Metered Parking
- Located along most streets in Downtown Mobile
- $1 per hour
- FREE on weekends
- Some meters only accept quarters
Public Garage
- Located next to Riverview Plaza Hotel
- $8 self-parking/max
Republic Parking Lot
- Located at the corner of Government and Royal Streets
- $6 maximum on weekdays
- $5 maximum on weekends
